Hold on to your seatbelts CASAns, because the biggest, loudest, and proudest organization in the Faculty of Arts & Letters is returning to the limelight for this year's CASA Grand Launch. Prepare to discover and rediscover everything there is to know about UST CASA—meet the new faces joining the CASAn Community, learn about the Executive Board's platforms for this academic year, and much more!
The event will start off with our very own CASAn President, Jenina Bea Jazul, as she addresses the CASA Community. This will be followed by the Executive Board’s presentation of their individual platforms that they've vowed to undertake. Listen closely as they have planned a lineup of upcoming projects and comprehensive events that will give every CASAn the opportunity to excel, thrive, and grow for this academic year.
Following all of that, UST CASA has also invited an esteemed guest speaker, Mr. JP Campos, the founder of COMMONER, a non-profit media organization and currently an Executive Producer and Account Manager for Production Village Corporation.
Afterwards, the event will shift its focus on introducing the fresh set of faces of CASA as they show off their identity as a block through the tradition of the Interclass Competition.
To get to know what we could expect from this year’s CASA Grand Launch, here are a few insights from the Executive Board as they answer the question, “What can we expect to see from the event?”
“This would be my very last Grand Launch in my CASAn career…without speaking much on the actual happenings, I can say that CASAns can expect a talk given by a veritable speaker who founded their own company, a dazzling display of talents by homegrown guilds, and friendly competitions all around! Although I would have much preferred this Grand Launch to be done in-person, I am happy with how we’re going to be conducting it this year---focusing on our thriving community and what we aim to do to continue empowering others." - Jenina Bea Jazul, President

After years of empowerment, the student organization now aims to direct its students towards growth—and it will all begin on the 15th of October as we hold Grand Launch 2022. The Grand Launch is set to happen on October 15, 2022, from 1:00PM to 4:00PM.
