From February 27 to March 3, the University of Santo Tomas Psychology Society (UST Psych Soc) organized and held IMMERSE: Psychology Week 2023, a week-long celebration that included various events, both onsite and online, relevant to the UST psychology community.
Kicking off their first day was a mass, an opening ceremony, and a webinar called PSYaan Ba 'To Patungo: The Life after College, a talk that aims to prepare students for life after graduation.

On Day 2, MuPSYeum conducted a workshop that premiered on UST Psychology Society’s Facebook page called Finding Which Art Style Suits You Best with Albert Raqueno as the guest speaker, discussing how to discover one's art form. This was followed by another talk called SINTA, AKO NAMAN MUNA: Pagpili, Pag-unawa, at Pagmamahal sa Sarili which was a discussion on addressing familial, platonic, and romantic relationships to promote healthy connections with speakers Tofi De Jesus, Angel Veridiano, and Eizaleen Fusingan-Lapay.
Day 3 of IMMERSE started off with the first day of E-Olympia, the UST Psychology eSports event that included Call of Duty: Mobile, Mobile Legends, and Valorant. Along with that were MuPSYeum’s online zine showcase and coloring therapy and The PSYcret Potion: Mirrors and Strangers, a discussion on body dysmorphic and social anxiety disorders with speakers Luis Angelo M. Villaroel, MA, RPm, RPsy, and Ryan Edward Rabago, MD.
On the fourth day of the event, the semi-finals and finals of E-Olympia took place. MuPSYeum had another workshop conducted by Haranikala (Vhane Gabiola) on How To Transform Your Feelings into Art followed by a discussion held at the Education Auditorium entitled Sikolohiyang Pilipino: Ang SAYSAY at TUGON sa mga HAMON ng PANAHON. Closing the day was the traditional Blas Lecture with this year’s topic centering around the transition to face-to-face classes.

Capping off on Day 5, the Mental Health Awareness Walk 2023 was held at the UST Parade Grounds. Coping Outlet with booths was organized by PsySoc and sophomores taking up the subject Group Dynamics. To conclude the week-long event, a concert called SOLANA: Solace through PSYning at Agham was held with performances by Fourtes, Papapeta, Colinas, Saving Sunday, the UST Psychology Talent Pool, and UST Psychology Dance Troupe (Archetypes) at the UST Frassati Auditorium.
IMMERSE: Psychology Week 2023 was one of the major events to take place on campus after years of off-campus learning. It also included the Psychology Department's first F2F event in 3 years, the PSYaan Ba 'To Patungo: The Life after College at the UST Medicine Auditorium with the attendance of UST psychology students from all levels. The event was sponsored by Monster RX93, and UST Psychology-owned Adonia & Co., and FABCreatives.
