From August 15-19, and 21, 2022, the University of Santo Tomas will be open for National ID Card registration to all Thomasian stakeholders (Dominican Fathers, administrative and academic officials, academic and support staff, maintenance staff, students, alumni, members of the UST Central Seminary, UST Hospital administrators and staff, and the parishioners of the SantÃsimo Rosario Parish - UST). Registration is also welcome to their relatives aged 5 years old and above.
Registrants will be required to book their appointment slot through the https://events.ust.edu.ph/nationalid/ portal. Walk-in applications are not allowed.
On the day of their appointment, registrants will need to bring the following:
- Appointment slip or Application form 1A
- Supporting documents:
- Any primary documents/ID or Birth Certificate
- One (1) secondary document
Note: Ensure that the ID you'll bring includes a front-facing photograph, signature or thumbmark, full name, permanent address, and birthdate.
- Face mask and face shield
- Black ballpen

Reminders for those who are planning to register for the National ID:
- Wearing of sando, sleeveless shirts, and shorts is strictly prohibited.
- Avoid wearing make-up.
- Remove eyeglasses and any facial accessories (earrings, necklaces, piercings) before giving out biometric information
- Remove contact lenses before iris scan
