With the success of AFFA: The Musical, Artistang Artlets brings yet another performance that will leave its audience in awe. Last October 2, 2024, Artistang Artlets posted on their official Facebook page the first teaser for their next theater production titled: "Pagmaya, Pagsangli" where Artistang Artlets immerses us in the world of Mokiti, a place where expressing the arts is prohibited.
Set to be performed tomorrow, on November 16, 2024, at the UST Thomas Aquinas Research Center (TARC). It will explore coming of age and striving for positive change. It will tackle timely issues such as censorship and the oppression of freedom of expression.
The production stars Gwen Elijah Gatchalian and Alyssa Mae Esmeria as Kai, Jonabelle Ann Azaña and Arch Angel Abella as Kira, Kyte Villanueva and Gabrielle Marie Rasco as Bell, Jossel Jaym Leo and Juan Miguel De Mesa as Drae.
The play is under the directorship of Maria Cathrina Aquino and management of Marie Lilac Guinevere Yson and was written by Romayne Humiwat and Kyte Villanueva.
Suppose you're planning on making the right decision. In that case, you can purchase your tickets for them by accessing the online registration link on their official Facebook page, or you may avail of the ticket on-site as they will be accepting walk-ins. Those registering online must only present their confirmation email to avail the tickets.
The ticket prices vary for UST Students and Outsiders, P150 for Thomasians, and P200 for Outsiders.
The time slots for the production are as follows: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM, 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM, 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM, 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM.
Artistang Artlets would sell merchandise such as stickers, pins, keychains, and more on the performance date.
