Heads up, CASAns!
In accordance with the announcement made by Manila City Mayor Honey Lacuna-Pangan, the University of Santo Tomas has suspended classes at all levels and office work today due to the severe tropical storm Paeng. According to PAGASA-DOST, as of 2 PM today, Severe Tropical Storm Paeng keeps its strength—moving west-northwestward—and is about to make a landfall in San Juan, Batangas. This is the 16th tropical cyclone of 2022 in the Philippines.
