After 2 long years, the graduating class of 2020 and 2021 are welcomed back on campus for their long-awaited Baccalaureate Mass. The event, which started at exactly 4:15 in the afternoon, took place at the UST Grandstand and Open Field.

The Baccalaureate Mass started at 5:00 PM and was kicked off by a parade of the 21 different Colleges, Faculties, and Institutes in UST. Afterwards, the Celebration of the Holy Eucharist took place and was presided by Very Rev. Fr. Filemon Dela Cruz Jr. O.P., Vice-Grand Chancellor of the University.

To give love and gratitude to Mary, Our Lady of Holy Rosary, different representatives from the Graduate Class offered flowers. It was followed by a graduation speech by the 2019-2021 Central Student Council President, Robert Dominic D. Gonzales from the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery. In his speech, he reminded the Batch of 2020 and 2021 to keep on chasing their dreams and fight for their goals.

Moving on with the event, a traditional send-off rite was led by the Director of the Office for Student Affairs, Asst. Prof. Maria Cecilia A. Tio Cuison, MED where the mission cross is given to all graduates. The Thomasian Pledge was recited afterwards.

A ceremony of lighting candles with the singing of the UST Hymn was also a part of the program. Wrapping up the event, the Graduating Batch of 2020 and 2021 finally exit the Arch of the Centuries.

Once again, the CASAn community extends its congratulations to the graduates of Batch 2020 and 2021, especially to our Communication Arts Seniors.

Kevin Christian Crisolo

Hello everyone! Good morning, good afternoon, or good evening. As a 19 year old college student, communication is my passion. I am Kevin Christian S. Crisolo, but I’d like you to call me “KC”, a proud member of LGBTQ+ Community, from the land of brave and valiant men, Cavite! I am a goodhearted and sweet, expressive, and a risk taker type of person. You can catch up with me easily as 1,2,3. I am fond of mingling with others because I want to learn from their experiences and at the same time to have fun with a variety of people. And that is one of the many reasons why I have been an active member since elementary in our school publication and media. I can say that character leads my way.
