Going by the tagline ‘Ang Tagpuan ng Iba’t Ibang Tao’, 3COM2’s production 2D presents their first episode for ‘The Encounter’ featuring the real-life accounts of a Jeepney driver and Thomasian commuter.

Streamed via UST Tiger TV’s Facebook page on April 16, the ‘tsuper-komyuter’ experience was carried out through a series of challenges and interviews hosted by Patrick Mejia with guests Kuya Rey, a jeepney driver, and John Benedick Gonzales or JB, as the Thomasian commuter.

The show commenced with a sit-down interview with guests followed by ‘Bayad Po or Para Po’, mirroring the ‘Never Have I Ever’ format, and ‘Fast Talk’ which unpacked more jeepney encounters of Manong Rey and JB.

Capping the episode was the ‘Memorabilia’ which made the guests show an object signifying their stories as a driver and commuter—Kuya Rey showed a signboard, while JB held a coin purse.

Moreover, 2D also incorporated an in-between segment called ‘Tara, G?’, displaying a series of challenges on the road featuring barkers, drivers, and commuters.
