As the annual entrance examination for a new batch of aspiring Thomasians transpires, the Office of the Secretary-General released a memorandum last October 13, Friday, containing the guidelines and access points for USTET 2023.
Per the memorandum, the test will be administered in six (6) batches scheduled to commence on October 22, November 19 and 26, December 10, January 21, and February 24.
Entry and exit points for the applicants' respective testing areas include:
- Gate 1, España Blvd. for those designated at Fr. Roque Ruaño O.P. building;
- Gate 2, España Blvd. for those designated at the Albertus Magnus Building;
- Gate 3, España Blvd. for those designated at the UST Main Building;
- Gate 6, P. Noval St. for those designated at the Beato Angelico Building and Bl. Buenaventura Garcia Paredes, O.P. building (BGPOP);
- Gate 10, Dapitan St. for those designated at the Thomas Aquinas Research Complex (TARC) and Benavides Building, and lastly,
- Gate 11, Dapitan St. for those designated at St. Raymund Peñafort Building and San Martin de Porres Building.
On the other hand, pedestrians’ entry and exit shall be at Gate 7 (P. Noval St.) and Gate 14 (A.H. Lacson); however, vehicles who are visiting the UST Hospital shall enter and exit at Gate 14. Lastly, Gate 4 España Blvd. is the designated pedestrian and vehicular entrance and exit for UAAP athletes, officials, and audience for the UAAP games.
Since the tests will be administered onsite, the memorandum also included entry protocols for all examinees, with which they must bring their test permits and are entitled to only one companion.
