In a memo released yesterday by the UST Office of the Secretary-General, the University of Santo Tomas announced that the 3rd PINASLAKAS COVID-19 booster vaccination program will be conducted on February 1, 2023 (Wednesday) from 8:00AM - 3:00PM at the UST Practice Gym. The program will follow a first-come, first-serve basis.
In line with the participation of the constituents in the said program, here are the following steps and requirements that must be completed during the vaccination:
- Log in to manilacovid19vaccine.ph for registration.
- Download and accomplish the written consent form that must be submitted upon registration.
- Bring your UST ID or any valid ID and proof of previous COVID-19 vaccination. (There should be a 4-month interval from the last COVID-19 Vaccine and a 2-week interval from other vaccinations received.)
To ensure everyone's safety, all must follow the health protocols during the program:
- Wearing of well-fitted face masks is a must for the participants of the COVID-19 Vaccination Program.
- University staff and students shall accomplish and report their Health Declaration Checklist in ThOMedSS. The StaySafe.PH app must also be accomplished and presented (for direct-hired staff, University staff-dependents, parishioners, USTH personnel, and their dependents) before entering the University.
- Participants with COVID-19 symptoms will not be allowed to continue with the program and are prohibited to enter the University premises.
- Physical distancing at least one meter from another and regular sanitation of hands must be observed during the program and while inside the University.
UST encourages all university staff, students, parishioners of the Santisimo Rosario Parish-UST, and personnel of the UST Hospital (USTH) who have not yet completed any of their booster doses to participate in order to be safer inside and outside the campus.
